Soil testing, RCC foundation, complete RCC frame, brick masonry, plaster, staircase, roof slab, roof waterproofing, boundary wall with gate pillars, and building-map drawings. It does not include flooring, tiles, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, doors, windows, electrical or plumbing fittings.

B-25 Concrete & Grade 60 Steel
B-25 means a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm² (≈3,500 psi) at 28 days. We take cube samples at every structural pour and share the 7-day and 28-day results with you. All reinforcement is Grade 60 (420 MPa) deformed bar with mill certificates kept on file, never sub-standard or recycled steel.
